My name is Brooke Farley, and I am currently a senior at Mississippi University for Women. This website is a part of my Capstone project to better understand the motives behind slavery's strength in the colonial era and the early republic era. This website was chosen to be aimed at history enthusiasts and students looking for more information. I am a history major about to graduate with plans of obtaining a position in a museum or other historical site. My goal for the future is to make research easier to find for students while also being a source of knowledge for those I meet at my workplace. This website will provide better access to quick knowledge, and I hope to make more website similar to this in the future.
